Her aim is to fill the knowledge gap on inclusion and equity of training and learning in companies and organizations.
And specifically, to enable and empower Learning and Development professionals with the knowledge, skills and tools to design and deliver equitable training.
The outcomes of these studies are published and shared in academic and professional journals, for the benefit of the entire L&D community.
